Belle of the Ball GWF--2015 Hanoverian mare by Black Tie out of Forever Mein (Werther X Largo). Chestnut with a blaze and one sock. Big bodied 16h. Belle brings to the table good old blood of Bolero through Baroncelli on her sire’s side and Werther through her dam. She has produced five outstanding foals for Gateway Farm, all with lovely movement and exceptional temperaments. Easy to breed and easy to foal out. Clips, trailers, ties, bathes, stands for the farrier and vet, etc. Belle was purchased from us as a foal for upper level Eventing, but after a pasture injury the new owner decided not to take a chance on her and offered Belle back to us for breeding. She has been sound all the years she has been with us, but perhaps best she is not purchased with any upper level endeavors in mind. Belle is not started under saddle, but has a very good temperament and I believe she could be started if someone wanted to give her a try riding her. She is an easy keeper and has always been barefoot.

Sadly Belle lost her 2024 filly when her filly was only a day old. We chose to leave her open so she is ready to breed to the stallion of your choice in 2024! WFFS status unknown.
