GRANDE FINALE GWF
2023 Bay Leopard Appaloosa/Oldenburg X Hanoverian colt by London Fog GWF out of Welteje' (Welt Klasse X Diamont)
GRANDE FINALE GWF—Outstanding 2023 Appaloosa/Oldenburg X Hanoverian colt by London Fog GWF out of Welteje’ (Han). Loud nose-to-toes bay leopard! “Bravo” is way more than just a pretty package! He is a fabulous mover with a loving, in-your-pocket temperament! Bravo’s sire is our homebred bay fewspot Appaloosa X Oldenburg stallion, London Fog GWF who has begun siring outstanding colorful sport type babies out of a variety of mares. He is the son of the well-known and successful sport type Appaloosa, Butterwap Confetti, and he goes back to Inschallah on his dam side. Inschallah is one of Oldenburg's foundation sires, where he became the most important sire next to Furioso II at the famous Vorwerk Stallion station in Cappeln. Inschallah has sired Olympic medal winning dressage horses, over 34 fully approved sons, 83 premium mares. London Fog himself passes on his tremendous size, presence, great bone, and super hoof quality, as well as correct conformation and lovely sport type movement. Bravo’s dam, Welteje’, is a granddaughter of the great Hanoverian stallion of the century, Weltmeyer! She has produced numerous top prospects, and Bravo is no exception! Bravo seems to have inherited the best his parents have to offer! We are beyond thrilled with this colt and hope to pair him with a rider who can develop him to his full potential! Bravo is a big colt and we expect him to mature in the 17h range. We are asking $16,000 for this fabulous colt! Another tastefully decorated sport horse offered by Gateway Farm! Please note that the Friesian mare is Bravo's surrogate dam. Sadly Bravo lost his real Mom due to a post partum complication when Bravo was just 3 days old... RIP beautiful Queen Welteje'...
