Are you looking for an exciting and enriching outdoor activity for you or your child? An activity where you can unplug from screens, make new friends, build confidence, and develop empathy and leadership skills?  Gateway Farm’s Equestrian riding program introduces young and not-so-young riders to the magical world of horses!! Students learn basic horsemanship and riding skills through mounted riding lessons and hands-on horse management lessons. We provide a well trained horse, expert instruction, quality equipment, and a family friendly atmosphere! You provide you or your child, an equestrian approved safety helmet, equestrian appropriate boots, and a desire to learn! 

Our riding instructor has 45 years experience teaching people to ride and has developed a comprehensive and fun curriculum!. SAFETY is Gateway Farm’s #1 priority!

Boarding

Give your horse the gift of Gateway Farm!   We have oversized box stalls, stalls with paddocks,  large and small individual pastures, and group pastures segregated by age and/or gender. We specialize in mare and foal care as well as offer several options for retirees.  We will work with you to find the perfect situation for your horse!  Check out our Facilities tab for more photos and info.

Training

Our training program can be tailored to fit you and your horse's needs.  We currently have two trainers operating out of Gateway Farm.  

Kaitlyn Bradley is a H/J trainer who specializes in putting a great start on youngsters. 

Kaylee Elmore is a Cowboy Dressage certified judge and clinician who also enjoys training horses and riders in Ranch Riding.
